Service Agreement (Terms of Service) for Autodeck

Effective Date: May 2, 2025

By accessing or using Autodeck (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any content generated within it.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise misuse the Service.

4. Third-Party Services

• If you connect your account via a third-party provider (e.g., Google OAuth), you authorize us to access and use information from that provider as permitted by their terms.
• We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (excluding your uploaded content) are owned by Autodeck or its licensors.
• You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it for providing and improving the Service.

6. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
• You may terminate your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
